I have to tell you that even though I consider myself a decent dancer and I grew up during the whole Aerobics Workout movement...I was a bit intimidated when I first witnessed a ZUMBA workout.   


There is absolutely no need to be intimidated though, as I found out when I attended my very first class back a few months ago in April.   I noticed one night that there were quite a few generations represented.....from 8 years old on up to 80 something year olds.  


The instructor keeps pushing on us the notion that you "Zumba" at your own pace and level...with a goal towards building more endurance each time.   


Whether you're a local, or just in town for the week or the Summer......you'll love this hour of class on the skating rink @ the Fun Warehouse.   There's a DJ, the lights are down low and the strobe lights flashing.   You'll feel less like you're exercising and more like you're at a dance party.


All for a mere $5 a class for the Spring and Summer sessions.  Pay as you go.  You can't beat it, so you might as well join it !!
